exciting new student research projects for students from Civil Engineering/COMMAS/SimTech and affiliated disciplines

In EMMA a variety of numerical methods for the efficient treatment of lienar and nonlinear materials and structures are under development. One task is the realization of HUGE finite element systems in computational practice. Therefore, methods exploiting the algorithmic properties of the Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) are currently being developed.
